Do you produce parent rolls from recycled fiber?
BiOrigin Specialty Products is committed to creating sustainable paper products that support a healthier planet. By using recycled fiber and compostable materials wherever possible and designing parent rolls using safe chemistry, we’re reducing waste without sacrificing quality. Our efforts have been recognized by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC©), the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI), and the Biodegradable Products Institute (BPI).
Can you produce bags, napkins, or custom packaging for my restaurant or store?
No. We are a commercial paper mill that manufactures high-yield parent rolls of specialty paper for paper converters. Those converters transform our paper into finished products such as food packaging, household goods, medical products, and other specialty paper items. We do not manufacture or sell finished consumer products directly.
Do you make parent rolls to convert into dark-colored paper napkins?
Yes! In fact, BiOrigin Specialty Products is the only manufacturer of deep-colored creped tissue parent rolls in the U.S. We produce thousands of tons of specialty tissue per year using virgin pulp, blended pulp, and recycled fibers. We can customize the napkins to any color you need.
For napkin converters, how many different colored parent rolls can BiOrigin Specialty Papers produce?
More than 200 colors. From standard whites and recycled whites to vibrant custom colors, we manufacture colored parent rolls to meet a wide range of converting and branding requirements.
