Jim found his interest in the paper industry in 1994, and since then has developed a strong background in procurement and supply chain, with a focus on strategy and operations. Jim began his career in operations and quality management before moving into supply chain management, leading global procurement organizations with multi-site manufacturing, including paper mills.
