2021: The Year Of Dunn
To say that 2020 was a challenging year is an understatement and at this point, a cliché, but BiOrigin is proud to say that we thrived through the year. Our company has continued to grow in terms of our team, our product technology, and our office space. In 2020 we had the opportunity to open our headquarters in a new building in Alpharetta, Georgia, and design the whole space for the benefit of our employees. Kristen McDonald, Dunn Paper’s CHRO, was heavily involved in bringing the office to life saying “We wanted this space to capture both the look and feel of a corporate office while still remaining true to our roots of industrial manufacturing. The new office is a place where we can host our employees and customers with the comforts of home and the technology and equipment of an office.” The space offers a training and learning room with the proper technology, collaborative and individual areas where employees can blend privacy with socialization and showcases the Dunn brand identity throughout.
New CEO, New Office, New Branding – And So Much To Look Forward To In 2021
Along with our new headquarters, we also spruced up our branding, updated our website, and rearranged our leadership structure a little bit! March of this year brought us Chris Mitchell, vice president, and general manager of our specialty paper side of the business. Later in the year, Kara Wojnowski joined as our new marketing manager, and Dave Apollonio was brought on as our new CEO. We’re excited about the experience and benefits that they will bring to our team as we continue to grow. You can read more about our new CEO here.
Dunn has continued to evolve over the years and we wanted our branding to reflect that. For months we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to build a brand that better aligns with our standards and forward-moving goals and we’ve finally Dunn it. The new Dunn Paper website showcases all of our abilities, explores in detail each of the markets that we serve, and explains our steadfast commitment to sustainability. Visit our new and improved website at www.bioriginsp.com to learn about our rich history and how we’re making tomorrow’s paper today.
As we look ahead to 2021, we’re excited to explore all the new possibilities in the paper and tissue realm. We are constantly brainstorming new ideas that will not only benefit our customers but also the environment. Our commitment to sustainability is behind every innovation and the reason we never stop inventing, which is why we’re excited to share a new product with you in the coming weeks. We’ve rebuilt paper from the ground up, engineered specifically to benefit the environment and comply with stricter regulations.
